Every project is different. Here are some examples of what we can build or improve.
Subscription product platforms
Booking and scheduling applications
Online quoting and order workflows
From idea to useful release
Define the core journeys and start with the smallest release that solves the real problem.
Accounts with purpose
Map roles, permissions and approvals to how customers and staff actually use the platform.
Connected information
Plan APIs, notifications, reporting and data flows so the application fits your wider systems.
When this service
may be useful
- A business moving a manual service online
- A team building a subscription software product
- An organisation creating a secure partner workspace
Plan how the application will work
A portal or web application has to work for more than its first user. We define the roles, records and actions that sit behind each screen: what a customer can see, what staff can change and where approval is required. That gives the design and development a shared foundation.
A first release can focus on a complete, useful journey, such as submitting and processing a request. Payments, reporting, integrations and additional user roles can then be added in agreed stages rather than making the first release unmanageably large.
Can a web application connect to our existing tools?
Often, yes. We first check the available APIs, access permissions and data ownership. Where a direct integration is unavailable, we can assess alternatives such as controlled imports and exports.
